At Lanpsychotherapy, I regularly host reading clubs as a way to support personal growth through the power of reading and group connection. Each session focuses on a carefully chosen book related to mental health or personal development. We explore themes such as emotional regulation, communication, self-acceptance, and trauma healing, while learning practical tools and finding inspiration through one another’s stories.
